Go to the search function if you have something specific in mind. Otherwise, go to catalogue click on your desired categories, click on the product then add to cart. Tap to view cart and you can proceed to checkout.

Your order can be tracked in your account at the top right corner of the web page, once you have accessed your account, navigate to your order history, click the details to check your tracking ID which will take you to the carriers or shipping website to track the package.

You can get your order within 1-3days for all delivery within Nigeria. For outside Nigeria we use Automated shipping which can take 30days.

Go to your accounts at the right corner, click on my shipping address then tap the add icon to change or add shipping address.

You can request for a return by simply logging to your account, select the particular order and click on return.

We don’t charge to return an item but we arrange for a pre-paid shipping label to be generated. Please see the shipping and returns page for full information.

You can get a refund once we have confirmed the good condition of an item or that it is an error from the factory. We start processing a refund if you want or we deliver another item.

Every refund process takes ten (10) business days after order has meet the return policy for online return and within 3 days for physical shop return.
